The Power of Not Knowing

When I say these words, I watch shoulders relax. The pressure of having to figure it out alone lifts. No one person has to have all the answers.

They bring their context:

I bring mine:

• Patterns from past projects
• Hard-won lessons
• Questions that often get forgotten

Together, we see the full picture.

Sometimes the solution comes quickly. Sometimes we circle the problem for hours. But something important happens in that space — we build trust. 

We show each other that it's okay not to know, that we've got each other's backs.

And somehow...
That safety leads us to better answers than any of us could have found alone.
